Tube Grind is product ground at the packing houses, shipped to regrind at the retailer, made to look freshly-ground but is not.

We proudly serve USDA Prime Steaks, guaranteed to be tender and tasty every time. Measured for 11 different specifications including Ph level, marbling disbursement, and consistent sizing.
Choice Steaks
Hidden Gems- these often overlooked but delicious steaks are always a sleeper hit. Though some have limited availability, if you can get your hands on these steaks you won’t be disappointed.
Prime Roasts
If you have had our Prime Steaks, you know what to expect from these roasts. All our Prime Steaks start their journey as these roasts. They are easy to prepare and always a delight to serve. Entertain with class or just have a special meal at home.

We hand select high quality beef from local sources.
Sausages
Our hand made sausages are ground in-house with fresh trim and pork shoulder or loin with herbs and spices right out of our own pantry.
We do not use lesser quality cuts to make our sausage. We never use seasoning packages or lesser quality ingredients.
No Gluten, No MSG.
Chicken
As with all of our meats, our chicken is 100% free of additives. We never use saline or other additives. Don’t pay for saltwater added to chicken at our competitors. We offer fully trimmed boneless skinless breasts as well as a full assortment of chicken parts.
Pork
People are often shocked by how tender and delicious our pork is. Grocery store Pork was the first testbed for injected meats. The saline injections our competitors use really dry the pork out more than other meats. We never use injected pork in our store.
